Dianna is a glass artist who has been thoroughly enjoying working with glass for over 19 years.
She has worked in a variety of forms of glass art, from lead lighting, mosaics, bead making to fused glass or kiln formed glass.
She found the art of fused glass fascinating and has been making plates, bowls, sculptures and other pieces for the last 16 years.
She has had pieces exhibited at Campbelltown’s Arts Centre in both the Fisher’s Ghost Art Award and Friends of CAC Annual Exhibition for the last 7 years, and also has had pieces in the Camden Art Prize, Goulburn Art Gallery and Sculpture in the Paddock,Yass. Many of her pieces are in private homes too, especially family and friends.
The glass she uses is made in the USA at Bullseye Glass Co, Portland, Oregon. It comes in an amazing array of colours from beautiful vibrant to soft opaque.
Last year she starting having pieces framed with beautiful little hearts becoming a favourite.This has given her the opportunity to submit a piece in the Art for Epilepsy 2019.
